Who we are
NUWIAX is an AI automation business run by Muhammad Haris Sultan as a sole proprietorship in Pakistan. Contact: support@nuwiax.com.
Our two roles
Controller: for people who visit nuwiax.com or contact us. Processor: for the customers of our clients, whose data we process only on our client's instructions to run the systems we build and operate. The client's own privacy policy applies to their customers.
What we collect from visitors and enquiries
- What you send us, including through Ava on this site: name, business, project details, email, WhatsApp number, country, time zone and preferred meeting time.
- Aggregate, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
What client systems process
- Message text, platform identifiers and display names, and media customers share.
- Order numbers and order status where order lookups are in scope.
We do not pass customer names, phone numbers, email addresses or delivery addresses from order records to AI models.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver our services.
- To run, monitor, secure and improve the systems we operate for clients.
- To meet legal obligations.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Conversation logs in client systems are kept for 30 days by default, or as the client's policy requires.
Sharing
Only with the service providers needed to run our systems, listed on our subprocessors list. Some are outside your country; where the law requires it we use appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its use. Email support@nuwiax.com. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we pass your request to that client and help them respond. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We post changes here with a new effective date.
